CANCELLATION POLICY |
The consumer is allowed to cancel an order placed, before we begin to process an order. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for certain reasons. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to: limitations on quantities available that has been purchased, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information or payment completion, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In situations such as these, we will contact you with notification of such cancellation and you will be automatically refunded You will be automatically refunded, and your cancelled order amount will be returned to your account as per regular payment gateway terms and conditions. This is typically within 7 working days of the order having been cancelled.
